Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Seeking support is a courageous step, and I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and valued. My approach is rooted in collaboration, honesty, humor and trust—helping you navigate life’s challenges while honoring your unique experiences. Whether you’re facing transitions, seeking personal growth, or working through difficult emotions, I’m here to support you with compassion and practical tools to help you move forward. I pull from many different modalities and offer an integrative approach. You might see elements like solution-focused therapy, reality therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, internal family systems, exposure and response prevention and motivational interviewing (to name a few) in my therapy space - among many others.

My goals are your goals. Collaboration and authenticity are two of my biggest values and strengths and this will extend into our therapeutic relationship with you (and/or your partner). Starting on a therapy journey is one of tenacity, willingness, and patience. I can always promise that I will be there to support your life decisions and be real with you. I will not have all the answers (seldom do I ever), but I strive to provide you with the space to figure out the tangled ball of strings that sometimes exist in our minds and bodies.

My ideal clients (to name a few characteristics) are:

  • recovering perfectionists (or looking to be)

  • caregivers needing to set better boundaries

  • high performers

  • those curious about themselves and others

  • a little silly

  • love exploring existentialism

  • black sheep-types

  • connection seekers

  • exploring their neurodivergence

  • come from chaotic family backgrounds

  • those navigating trauma (past and present)

  • those exploring grief

  • maybe have an ethnic identity

  • want to explore their own sexuality and/or want to have better sex

  • maybe have an LGBTQIA+ identity

  • wannabe cycle stoppers.

This list is not exhaustive, but if you fit into one or more of these categories or similar, I might be a good therapeutic fit for you.

I hope you will join me.

Personal signature of Diana, signed with gratitude, Diana.
