Harden Mental Health Services has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please contact me directly by leaving a voicemail or text message at 443-653-7460 or via email at diana@hardenmentalhealth.com if you need to cancel/reschedule your session. I will always respond to your cancellation request.

If you need to cancel in under 24 hours for an emergency (due to illness, accident, etc.), please reach out with as much notice and context as possible. 

If you cancel in under 24 hours for a NON-EMERGENT reason or fail to show up to your session, you will be responsible for the full cost of your session. 

Cancelling in a timely manner allows me to offer your session to someone on my waiting list or plan accordingly for other needs. 

I will always respect your time and I hope you will do the same for me as your clinician.
