Harden Mental Health Services has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please contact me directly by leaving a voicemail or text message at 443-653-7460 or via email at diana@hardenmentalhealth.com if you need to cancel/reschedule your session. I will always respond to your cancellation request.

If you need to cancel in under 24 hours for an emergency (due to illness, accident, etc.), please reach out with as much notice and context as possible. 

If you cancel in under 24 hours for a NON-EMERGENT reason or fail to show up to your session, you will be responsible for the full cost of your session. 

Why do I have a strict cancellation policy? Cancelling in a timely manner allows me to offer your session to someone on my waiting list or plan accordingly for other needs. There are always exceptions to this policy and I always will hold those exceptions for clients with high regard. Give me as much notice and context as possible if you need to cancel. Life happens.
