Sex Therapy
Talking about sex and all the things related to sex can be hard. Many of us never grew up with the language, the tools, or the comfort to be curious about our own sexuality - let alone how to affects us in relationships. My goal with sex therapy is help demystify all the parts of sex that are hard to talk about. Sex can also be easy to talk about for you, but maybe you need a space to process this information.
I offer evidence-based and creative approaches to help address a wide range of sexual health and wellness concerns. As a sexual health therapist, my goal is to help clients explore all the different facets of your sexuality, desire, identity and more.
Like my traditional therapy services, I serve both individuals and couples (relationships) in the Greater Baltimore, Maryland Area and Florida. I have both in-person and online sex therapy options to suit your comfort and needs.

The short answer: there are not a lot of differences. Where sex therapy can differ from regular therapy is mainly the topics of discussion. I want clients to have a free and open space to explore sexual wellness topics without shame or guilt. We may discuss things outside of your sexual wellness in sex therapy, but my hope is that it will all apply to your sexual being or to your relationship(s).
