A safe, non-judgemental space.

Whether you are brand new to therapy or looking to start a new therapeutic journey, I will work with you to determine your meaningful goals and needs - these will be as unique for each individual as you are. My aim is to always provide my clients with a safe, non-judgemental space to be who you are without apologies. We do not often take the time to slow ourselves down and be still. My hope is that through individual counseling, you can find that in me and my practice. I work from an integrative, trauma-informed approach supported by all the different intersections I personally bring into the room - what does that mean? I have a variety of knowledge in different therapeutic modalities and I will use all of my approaches to best suit you.

I will provide a safe, confidential space to explore concerns related to intimacy, desire, relationships, and sexual well-being. Whether you're facing challenges with confidence, communication, past experiences/trauma, hormonal changes that influence your sexual health, sexual functioning and/or changing desires, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to help you navigate and enhance your sexual health. My goal is to foster self-awareness, healing, and fulfillment in a way that aligns with your values and needs. I also want to help you seek out other providers who could enhance your treatment - that could be teaming with physical therapists, occupational therapists, medical professionals (doctors, medication providers) or body based treatments like acupuncture or therapeutic massage.

I am a proud completer of the University of Michigan, Sexual Health Certificate Program and as the former director, Sallie Foley, named: “Talking about sex will change the world.” So let’s talk about sex for you.

A note about sex therapy for individuals.
